Food to Prepare for New Year's in Japan
It's time to prepare for New Year's Food in Japan.
Lot's of people are busy for food shopping like western people do christmas shopping in this month.
At my Japanese cooking class, we're making some of very traditional New Year's dishes.
It's a quite unique taste as we use lots of sugar in it, so I normally wouldn't make it at English People's class.
If you are interested about the menu, feel free to ask me!

Dear Robin,
Robin is one of the guest who participated in my cooking class, and she told me a lot about the Italian cooking.
We talked about the salt cod at the class and I received the cod with a copy of some recipes from Robin a week later!
So, I cooked it!
Sorry.. I didn't follow the recipe this time, but next time I will.
I've still got plenty of cod in my fridge : )
