Lotus root 2
Stir fried Lotus roots and Prawns.
oil
garlic, thinly sliced
shungiku
lotus roots
tofu, sliced
prawn
salt, thai fish sauce and lemon juice
Don't forget to sprinkle chopped coriander on top :)
