Snapper's Snapper

Because I cook Hiramasa kingfish at the cooking class this month.

I need to buy a whole kingfish each time, and this is a  great thing for me.

I only use some fillet for my guests and rest of them are going to my dinner.

It means, I can eat my favorite parts ' HEAD and KAMA' as much as I want!

Sorry, if you feel not good...  but that's our favorite Izakaya food!

fish head and kama, carefully prepared

smells so nice

When you eat fish head (specifically kama) and if you are lucky enough,

you may find this fish shaped bones ↓

This is we called ' Snapper's Snapper'.

When Japanese people were still wearing traditional kimono,

they enjoyed this kind of finding game.

I found it tonight!
