Japanese winter dishes


A little while ago, we cook these winter Japanese dishes at my cooking class.



Teriyaki hiramasa king fish, shallots and ginger



Sesame tofu with white miso soup, yuzu citrus rind



Salad of daikon raddish, shiitake mushroom and Japanese persimmon with sweet vinegar source 


Japanese Cooking Class on Bondi Beach
Tuesday and weekends 11am - 14 pm
$50 ( including recipe and lunch)
maximum 4 people
